Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 3, 2026

Welcome to Upstage Media. These terms explain the rules for using reputation.upstagemedia.co (the "Website") and the services we provide. By using this Website or our services, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Website.

1. Definitions

"Client", "you" and "your" refer to the person using this Website or engaging our services. "Upstage Media", "the Company", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Upstage Media. "Services" means the reputation management, content removal, deindexing and suppression services we provide.

2. Our services

We help clients remove or reduce the visibility of negative online content, including reviews, Reddit threads and comments, news and media articles, government and public-record pages, and search engine results. We work through platform policies, publisher requests, legal and privacy channels, search engine processes and search optimization.

The scope, price and timeline of each engagement are agreed with you in writing (including by email or message) before work begins.

3. Results

Final decisions to remove or deindex content are made by third parties, such as review platforms, website owners, publishers, government bodies and search engines. While we only take on work we believe we can deliver, we cannot control these third parties. If we are unable to deliver the agreed result, our Refund Policy applies.

Content may occasionally be republished or reindexed by third parties after removal. Where this happens, contact us and we will advise on next steps.

4. Your responsibilities

We may decline or stop any engagement if we believe a request is unlawful, misleading or outside our policies.

5. Payment

Fees are set out in your quote. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are sent by email and are payable by the date shown on the invoice.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information and case details as confidential. We do not publicly identify our clients. Any results we share for marketing purposes have all identifying details removed.

7. Cookies

This Website uses cookies. By using it, you consent to cookies in line with our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, Upstage Media and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this Website. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You must not republish, sell, rent, sub-license, reproduce or redistribute material from this Website without our written permission.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to this Website and its use. We do not guarantee that the Website will always be available or that the information on it is complete or up to date.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our or your liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. Subject to this, our total liability in connection with any engagement will not exceed the fees you paid for that engagement.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kentucky.
